Can be hard bid or charged on hourly basis. Hard Bids complete off of customer supplied information and pictures.
Basic trip charge covers travel and up to 15 minutes on site to diagnose or resolve basic repair or maintenance items. Does not include materials or surcharges to outside our area. Typical example would be leaking sink due to drain that just needed tightened or loose door handle.
Hourly rates are in addition to initial trip charge if exceeding the 15 minutes allotted in trip charge. Our hourly rates are based on estimated time to complete maintenance or repair items based on information provided. Bids can vary once on site if inaccurate info provided or additional issues discovered once on site.
Charges for materials stocked on our truck are charged at actual cost. These include basic drains, supply lines, minor electrical supplies, door knobs, common paint, and many other commonly used items. If materials are known prior to site visit they will be priced and picked up prior to the service call and included in up front pricing. If additional materials are needed once on site that were not initially disclosed, actual costs of material and hourly rate would be billed.

Rental turns and very minor remodels can often be bid off of pictures, customer information, or property inspection reports.
Larger remodels and turns will need to be inspected and there will be a $50 inspection fee that applies to total price if the job is received.
